Plumbum as an image of the heavy, "closed" consciousness of a person and his soul, which has forgotten about its higher "I", about the connection with the divine part of itself. She is tired and needs to be reborn. Metal as a symbol of ignorance, aggression, obscuring the important and subtle that is in each of us. The music for the performance is an experience of the composer's interaction with the universe of sounding metal, an attempt to understand its laws.

Aristarkh Izrailev
2018. The installation is a portrait of a Russian acoustics researcher, priest Aristarkh Izrailev, who lived and worked in the second half of the 19th century in Rostov the Great. In Russia, he was the only specialist in the production of tonometers (sonometers) - devices for precise spectral analysis, and abroad he gained fame as a master of tuning fork tuning forks. The basis of his method of acoustic measurements was beats - a pulsation that occurs when two sources of sound differ slightly in frequency. In the installation, the beats between the different spectral components of the two tuning forks are displayed as flickering light spots. Their pattern is different depending on the strength and location of the hammer beats.
